Gbyte Place Management Services, Lagos, Nigeria, receives inquiries and talent applications through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@gbyteplace.com.

Information you provide

The business inquiry form asks for your name, email, company, service interests, engagement preference and message. The talent form asks for your name, email, expertise, location, experience and availability, plus an optional professional profile link. This version of the website does not accept resume uploads.

Please do not include identity documents, bank details, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information in either form.

Why information is used

Business inquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Talent application information is used to assess your interest and suitability in the current recruitment process and communicate with you about that process. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

How a submission reaches us

Both forms send the information you enter to FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards submissions to the Gbyte Place email address. FormSubmit may show a verification step and process technical information needed for delivery and spam prevention. Vercel is the intended hosting provider. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect their services. Review Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Keeping and deleting applications

Gbyte Place will delete unsuccessful talent applications from its recruitment records and email when the current recruitment process ends. Applications will not be kept as an ongoing talent pool for future openings. If there is no active process relevant to your application, it will be deleted after the initial review and response. Successful applications may become part of a separate employment or contractor record, with its handling explained separately.

This deletion policy applies to copies controlled by Gbyte Place; service providers have their own retention schedules. For business inquiry retention details, or to ask about a particular record, contact info@gbyteplace.com.

Your choices

You can use email instead of these forms. You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop considering a talent application. We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission.
